How it all started with family.

My name is Olebogeng, and Elderly Transport Assist began from helping a very close family member.

My aunt has leg injuries, and my uncle is no longer able to drive due to health challenges. During the week, my cousins were often busy at work, so I would assist by driving them using their own vehicle for shopping, doctor appointments and everyday errands.

What started as simply helping family slowly became something much more meaningful. I began noticing how many elderly people struggle with everyday mobility, especially when family members are busy working or unable to be available during the day. Even small outings can become stressful without the right support and patience.

Over time, I realised many elderly people need more than transport they need patience, companionship and someone they can trust. That experience inspired me to create a calm, respectful and dependable service focused on helping seniors and individuals with mobility challenges feel safe, comfortable and cared for throughout every journey.
